Have a bug or issue to report within Titanfall 2? Make sure to follow these steps so our team can gather all the proper information from you.

Reporting Template:
  • Platform: PS4, PC or X1
  • Issue: Topline overview of what the problem is
  • Can you reproduce this issue 100% of the time: Yes or no?
  • Details on how to reproduce the issue: A full break down of how to make this issue happen

If you're having connectivity problems or issues in regards to lag etc. please provide the following:
  • Region: NA, EU, Asia, AU etc…
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP): What company provides your internet?
  • Connection Speed: Run the www.speedtest.net network benchmark and post your Upload & Download speeds.
  • Screenshots or Private video links: If you’re able to capture a screenshot or video of your issue, please link it here:


If you’re platform is PC, please post the following details. (Not sure your system specs? Go to Start-> Search-> type ‘Dxdiag’ -> Hit enter)
  • Processor (CPU): Intel or AMD + the CPU model number (Sample: Intel i5 4690 or AMF FX 8230)
  • Graphics Card (GPU): AMD or Nvidia Model Number
  • Memory: XXGB
  • Operating System: Windows XX
